During the MUN AK conference, the RH is used for committees. All three floors are also used, and pages run page notes up and down all flights and levels. Sometimes pages are nearly running to and from their duties, and have to be told to slow down on occasion. Or not to drop page notes from the top floor. Also while going up and down stairs is great excercise, it is also very time consuming. My suggestion would be to have 2-3 pages per committee, and 1 or 2 pages per floor. This way pages will only have to go up and down one flight of stairs and relay pass on the page notes. This would get all pages involved in the process, and also keep pages available when needed.
